PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV has policies relating to corporate values and ethics in business by carrying free commitment from fraud, KKN and gratuities. The commitment is realized with the issuance of joint decisions of the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors number: DK/18/KPTS/2016 and 04.03/02/KPTS/2016 about the infrastructure implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV.
